One-Day-Constellation: a day for the soul
The different levels of being and doing, soul and body are constantly interacting with each other in a close relationship in horses as well as in humans.
For a few decades, constellation work has been firmly established in psychotherapy.
As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, I use, among other things, this wonderful kind of soul work. For the benefit of humans and animals alike, we set out in a sheltered room to search for what is missing. This missing thing must be discovered and integrated into the soul to trigger the healing process. What I or my horse may need in order to live a more complete, more relaxed, and happier life is as complex as any individual on earth. In a constellation, clients can approach their own and / or the soul spaces of their horses.
In this seminar format, held as a group event, the participants usually gather in a circle, so that the space in the middle remains free. We start with an anamnesis to illuminate the patient’s concerns. The elected representatives are then asked to empathize with their role and voice their perceptions and feelings. The benefit of this approach lies in the emotional access the proxies acquire to the emotional states of those they represent. Through the proxied psychic presence and interaction of all concerned, it becomes possible to find a solution in the course of a constellation. Each constellation lasts about one hour. After that, it's important for the proxies to get out of their role and return to the here and now during the following break.
Your part in a constellation as so-called participating observer can either be as a proxy or as passive participant without any interaction at all. These experiences as well have quality and depth and have a noticeable effect on the soul.
I look forward to accompanying you.
